Tracked deliveries are also available, as well free shipping when order goes over a certain value. Special discounts or free shipping may apply for bulk orders.
The orders will be processed in 2 banking days of purchase. Please make sure the delivery address given on the order is correct and accurate as we do not have a control on deliveries lost because of an incorrect address.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, Customer must notify us in writing within 28 days after the shipping date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
After receiving the products it will become your own responsibility to store them accordingly and safely, in a dry place to ensure the longest possible shelf life and freshness. After Customer has received the order we will no longer be responsible of any loss or damage.
We look after the best possible quality in our products and make sure they leave our premises in well presented condition. If, for any reason, any failure appears during the delivery process, please contact us.
